3-D Design Process We actually listen to your needs and goals. Our architects, designers, and structural engineers are “tour guides” not “generals” telling you what you have to do because that is simply the latest trend or style with which they are accustomed. We let you love it before you live it by seeing the designs three-dimensionally, not simply in 2D like standard building prints. One of our biggest compliments as a firm is when a client’s new space integrates so seamlessly into the existing structure, someone who is seeing their home for first time does not even know a renovation took place.

Interior Design We have recently added this feature to all clients who want it. Most are intimidated by color, fabric, texture, finishes, furniture, lighting and decor. Most clients are also far too busy with life to spend the time these tasks warrant. Let us handle the hard part to any degree you desire.

Meticulous Project Management & Pre-Construction Coordination Because an entire team is assembled at the onset of design, our pre-construction coordination is something we truly take pride in. We can be aggressive with budgets and timelines because we have typically been planning your project six months before hammer even touches nail. During each renovation or custom build you will have a project manager literally sitting at a makeshift office on site, whose sole job is to keep your project on time and on budget. Why is that important? We have eliminated the “working” foreman and added another layer to set our team up for success. Having a senior project manager on site that knows the project goals intimately and can handle the coordination of subcontractors, materials, and unforeseen problems allows our craftsmen to do what they do best.

Industry Leading 5-Year Warranty We are so confident in our product we offer a five-year craftsmanship warranty. We have created a dedicated lifestyle management division that strictly handles punch list and handyman projects for existing clients so that they never have to linger.
