Cutting Edge Homes’ Green Energy Division has dedicated project managers whose sole purpose is to ensure your Design/Build is as green as you desire. For all new construction, we are committed to obtaining, at a minimum, an Energy Star rating and an NAHB silver certification. For all renovation projects, we aim to achieve a 25% reduction in energy consumption as determined by the HERS rating system.
Our dedicated research and development team constantly studies the industry looking for new technologies and better methods of Green Energy so we can extend that knowledge to your home. With the ever increasing price of utility bills and lucrative federal and state tax incentives, converting to green energy has never been more feasible in Massachusetts.
